Police are investigating a burglary at Harvest Seasonal Grill in Glen Eagle Square on Nov. 23. A report said the manager phoned police after finding the back door and window had been broken. The cash register from the bar area was ransacked and ripped off the bar area, then thrown out through the broken window. The office of the business and bar area were ransacked and damaged. Troop K Forensic Science Unit was able to obtain blood from the cash register and blood from a folder. Footprints were obtained that match Van shoes. State police said they arrested three people, one man and two women, from New Jersey on shoplifting charges. The three, not named in the report, are accused of stealing $5,500 worth of merchandise from Lululemon in Concord Township on Nov. 11. A fourth suspect remains at large.

Avondale Barracks

Andrew F. Kreigh, 42, of Wallingford, was arrested for DUI in Pocopson Township on Oct. 15, a police report said. The arrest came after the FVW Tiguan he was driving ran off Lenape Road and struck multiple street signs, and an embankment, then rolled over. The report also said Kreigh sustained multiple injuries including broken bones and multiple cuts.

Police said they arrested a 24-year-old man from Oxford, for DUI on Nov. 21. The report didn’t identify the driver, but said the incident happened shortly before midnight on Unionville Road.

Kennett Square Police Department

Borough Police said they arrested William Gutierrez-Sanchez for making terroristic threats on Nov. 17. According to the report, the victims said Gutierrez-Sanchez had made a terroristic threat, claiming that during a phone call, they allegedly overheard Gutierrez-Sachez threatening to use a knife against them when they arrived at the residence. Gutierrez-Sachez was taken into custody, a criminal complaint was completed, and he was transported to Central Booking at Chester County Prison.
