• Nancy C. Gwinner, 59, of Kennett Square, was charged for her involvement in a Dec. 19 two-car crash in Pocopson Township, police said. According to the report, Gwinner was driving south on Northbrook Road when she crossed into the opposing traffic lane while negotiating a right-hand curve near Bragg Hill Road and struck another vehicle. No injuries were reported.
• Police said Emily A. Leto, 21, of Avondale, was charged with following too closely after striking another vehicle from behind at E. Baltimore Pike and Schoolhouse Road in East Marlborough Township. Police reported no injuries.
• Elliot Brice, 24, of Baltimore, Md., was arrested on drug possession charges after police stopped his vehicle for vehicle code violations, according to a police report. Police made the stop at 7:37 p.m. on Nov. 24 at Route 1 and N. Walnut Road in Kennett Township.
• Police arrested two teenage males on drug possession charges in September. The two, identified only as an 18-year-old from Kennett Square and a 17-year-old from Landenberg, were arrested following a traffic stop on W. Doe Run Road.

On Dec. 9, police said, Tyreek Blaylock, 22, of Coatesville, was taken into custody for his involvement in an Aug. 30 incident in the 500 Block of Magnolia Street. Investigators determined that Blaylock was present at multiple locations, including a disturbance in the 800 block of S. Washington Street, an accident in the area of Magnolia and Meredith Streets, and the fight that occurred in the 500 block of Magnolia Street, the report said. Police also said a firearm, which Blaylock cannot legally possess, was found in his vehicle during an investigation into the incident.
