The following animals are ready to be adopted from the Brandywine Valley SPCA in West Chester.
Mork
If you are looking for a handsome and quirky boy to join your family, look no further. Mork is full of energy and personality. He loves to run around, play with toys, and explore new spaces. After a long, adventurous day you can find him napping in his favorite bed, where he welcomes head and chin scratches. Mork would enjoy a playmate to zoom around and cause mischief with (good mischief, of course). An experienced cat family, with mature kiddos who understand silly, high-energy cat quirks is recommended. Mork qualifies for the shelter's current adoption promo which waived the fee of any kitty 6 months or older through Sunday, Aug. 15.
Rex
An XL pup with an XL heart -— playful and loving — Rex is looking for a home that will take him on lots of fun adventures. He plans to pay for these excursions in full with sloppy smooches. Rex loves to learn and responds very well to praise and positive attention. Rex would love to meet you and your family, and any other dogs in the home prior to adoption, but would prefer his new home not have any small critters. If you're looking for a large lap dog to keep you active, Rex is the one for you. You can bring him home for a fee you name through Sunday, Aug. 15.
