The weekend might have ended on a soggy note with an all-day rain Sunday but Saturday was bright and sunny making, great weather for the annual Harvest Festival in Concord Township and for Howl-O-Ween at GiggyBytes in Olde Ridge Village.
There were dog and children costume contests, a baking contest and just a lot of fun.
