FBI seeking public’s aid to ID robbery suspects

The FBI Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance to identify and locate the subjects responsible for a string of armed robberies at pharmacies stretching from Delaware County to Delaware.

On July 8, at 8:50 p.m. three males entered the Rite Aid Pharmacy located at 2713 Philadelphia Pike in Claymont, New Castle County, Del. One suspect was described as a black male about six feet tall with a full beard. A second black male was between 5-foot-7 and 5-foot-9, also with a full beard, and the third black male was 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-11 with facial hair, an FBI press release said.

On Aug. 29, at 10:45 am, the Springfield Pharmacy, located at 1154 Baltimore Pike in Springfield Township, was robbed. Authorities are seeking two black male suspects – one described as tall and thin and the other as heavy with facial hair, the release said.

Finally, on Sept. 12, at 11:23 a.m., the Health Plus Pharmacy, located at 8441 West Chester Pike in Upper Darby, was hit. Two black males, about 20 years old, both tall with muscular builds and one with facial hair, are being sought, the release said.
