Penelope is a spayed female domestic short
hair young adult cat that is currently available for adoption at the Chester
County SPCA. She was brought to the shelter because the young child in the
house was not playing nice with her. Penelope is a very sweet cat that gets
along with dogs, children and other cats. She is just looking for a home where
she will be treated with respect. Penelope loves attention and is a well-rounded
cat that is just looking for someone to love. She is eligible for our Eagles
Purrfect Play for Cats adoption incentive program. This special program, made
