Business briefs Oct. 20

The next meeting of the Chadds Ford Business Association is Thursday, Nov. 2 at noon. Brian Coyle from The Henderson Group will be the guest speaker and host. He plans on discussing the best features of the Amenity Center, the availability of the Amenity Center, and future Henderson Projects in the Chadds Ford area. The Amity Center is at 2 Christy Drive in the Chadds Ford Business Campus. The cost of the luncheon is $35. Go here for tickets.

The Critters are coming.

The annual Brandywine Christmas Critter sale returns at the end of November. The sale has been part of the Brandywine Conservancy’s holiday tradition for more than 55 years. Because of the damage caused by the Hurricane Ida flood in 2021, the sale will again be held at the Chadds Ford Historical Society. There will be a member preview sale on Nov. 29 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., while the public sale will run from Nov. 30 to Dec. 2, also from 10-4, and again on Dec. 3 from 10 to 3.
