West Chester Borough officials have postponed Halloween trick or treating to Friday night, Nov. 1 from 6-9 p.m. because of rain expected for Thursday night.
AccuWeather is currently calling for rain throughout most of the day Thursday, through the afternoon, followed by cooling temperatures, wind and heavy rain and thunderstorms.
