Billy is a playful and affectionate young adult cat that has been at CCSPCA far too long for being such a sweetie. He came to the shelter in early March as a lost kitty. Billy gets along with other cats and doesn’t seem to mind dogs, either. He’s perfect for a home with kids who are looking for a feline playmate.
