Jennifer. R. Henry, 41, of Aston, was cited for her involvement in an Oct. 16 two-car crash in Concord Township, according to police. The accident took place at 5:33 p.m. on Evergreen Drive near Baltimore Pike. According to police, Henry was traveling behind another vehicle but was traveling too fast for conditions when she struck the other car from behind. No injuries were reported.

On Oct. 16, District Court 15-3-04 issued an arrest warrant for Jaclyn Carpenter for the following DUI incident. On March 30, at approximately 9:23 a.m., borough police were dispatched for an erratic driver. The witness and reporting party said that the suspected vehicle failed to remain within its lane boundaries on multiple occasions while traveling southbound on N. Union Street and made an illegal left-hand turn at a steady red light onto E. Cypress Street. Officers contacted the operator, later identified as Jaclyn Carpenter, 36, of West Chester. The incident happened in the 600 block of Millers Hill. Upon making contact with Carpenter, police observed indicators suggesting intoxication, and field sobriety tests showed impairment. She was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. Charges were filed in District Court 15-3-04.

An arrest warrant was issued by District Court 15-3-04 for Horace Keiffer in connection with the following incident. On Nov. 8, 2024, at approximately 2:44 p.m., borough police received a report of an attempted theft of funds from a bank account. The victim reported that his bank had contacted him, stating that an individual had visited the bank branch and attempted to cash a fraudulent check for $2,200. Officers obtained a copy of the fraudulent check, which bore the name Horace Keiffer and listed his address. The surveillance footage shows a white male subject presenting the fraudulent check to a bank staff member in an attempt to deposit it into his account. The name and address, along with the footage, all match Keiffer’s information in the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s (PennDOT) records. Charges were filed in District Court 15-3-04. On Oct. 14, the Kennett Square Police Department was notified that Keiffer was in custody in Lehigh County and was being transported to the Lehigh County Jail.
