Pennsbury Township Board of Supervisors awarded a contract to Martin Paving for oil and chipping, and fog sealing six roads as part of the 2025 Road Program. There were two bids, according to township Manager Dan Boyle, with Martin being the low bidder at $164,686. The roads are Whitestone Lane, Raven Lane, Parkersville Road, Graychal Lane, Cheryl Lane, and Chadds Ford Knoll.
In July, supervisors will begin considering zoning amendments for riparian buffers, specimen trees, and medical marijuana dispensaries. Because medical marijuana is legal in Pennsylvania, municipalities are required to accommodate the dispensaries in their zoning codes.
