Pennsbury in brief

Pennsbury Township will hold its annual yard sale on Saturday, April 30 from 9 a.m. to noon. Selling is limited to township residents, but anyone can attend to shop and buy.

Township Manager Kathy Howley announced during the April 20 Board of Supervisors’ meeting that the Historic Commission will dedicate an historic marker at the Barns-Brinton House at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 12. The Barns-Brinton House is one of the Chadds Ford Historical Society’s properties. It’s located on Route 1 adjacent to the Chaddsford Winery.
