He is known as #178 — just a number from a recent cruelty case. Given that he has had little human interaction, he is showing great potential for someone with patience and time to commit to his further socialization. Already a volunteer favorite, all who have worked with him agree he is a sweet and total love-bug in the making. All he needs is a loving and committed owner and his very own name. Blue
Blue is a fun-loving and curious fellow. He loves to play with toys and frequently carries them around in his mouth. He is dog friendly and is not opposed to having canine siblings but would like to meet them first. Blue would do best in a home with older children.
