Media Barracks
- Lululemon in Concord Township was ripped off again. This time, $708 worth of merchandise was taken. Police said they arrested three people for the crime. They were identified as Lamotte Cephas, 69, and Keeana Lynch, 34, both of Wilmington, and Curtis Brisco, 46, no municipality given. The three were also found with illegal narcotics, according to the police.
Police are investigating a case of identity theft that took place between Jan. 5 and Feb. 17. The victim was a 39-year-old woman from Glen Mills. According to police, the victim said a vehicle was rented out of Atlanta, Ga. In her name. She told police she believes it’s related to the loss of her wallet in January.- Maserati of Wilmington Pike reported a bad check situation. The dealership said a car was brought in for service, paid for by check, but the check bounced. The dealership has been unable to contact the customer, police said. The incident happened on Jan. 31.
- Police said James Siravo, 37, of West Chester, was arrested on harassment charges in Concord Township on Jan. 31. The victim was a 41-year-old Norristown woman.
- Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident on Jan. 17 in Chadds Ford Township. The accident happened on Route 202 near Brandywine Drive. One vehicle was stopped in the far left turning lane, waiting for the signal change, when another vehicle was approaching from behind. That other vehicle attempted to stop but couldn’t due to slippery conditions. Both operators stayed at the location, but the errant driver left before police arrived. Police were delayed because of other incidents, the report said.
- David R. Rudman, 45, of West Chester, was cited following a two-car crash on Applied Card Bank Boulevard on Feb. 6, police said. According to their report, Rudman failed to safely clear an intersection after a stop sign, and as a result, the car struck the front left driver’s side bumper of the second car. Both units were towed. Rudman was believed to be injured but refused transport from EMS.
Avondale Barracks
- A 20-year-old man from Exton, not named in the report, was arrested for shoplifting at the East Marlborough Walmart on Feb. 13. Police said he attempted to steal $33 worth of merchandise.
- Police are investigating the theft of $500 worth of merchandise from the East Marlborough ULTA Beauty. The unknown suspect fled in a black Hyundai Sonata.

Kennett Square Police Department
On Feb. 17, District Court 15-3-04 issued an arrest warrant for Francis Dominguez, 43. Dominguez is wanted for making threats to come to Kennett Square and kill a woman and harm her new partner and their family. A criminal complaint was completed with charges of terroristic threats.
