Academic Achievement Gray Quick of Chadds Ford is in Kutztown University’s Honors Program for 2025-2026. The Honors Program at Kutztown University provides high-achieving students with opportunities to engage in scholarship, leadership, and service. The program, which is undergraduate in nature and open to full-time students, is comprised of a minimum of 21 credits in Honors courses, including a senior Honors capstone project.

Alana Whitwell of Chadds Ford was named to the College of the Holy Cross Spring 2025 Dean’s List. A member of the Class of 2028, Whitwell was named to the Dean’s List for outstanding academic achievement during the spring semester of the 2024-25 academic year. To qualify, students must pass four or more letter-graded courses with no failing grades during the semester and earn a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Chadds Ford resident Rachel Ranieri has enrolled at James Madison University for the fall 2025 semester. Ranieri is majoring in business management.
