UPDATED

Chester and Delaware counties are reporting that their government offices are closed today, Feb. 20, because of the winter storm. An estimated 2-4 inches of snow, followed by sleet and rain is predicted.

Update: Concord Township offices are also closed today, as of 10:30 a.m. The township Zoning Board hearing scheduled for tonight has also been canceled because of the weather.
