As you get older, are you getting better?There are lots of ways to keep vital, attractive and healthy as you age, and the secret isn’t found in a cosmetic surgeon’s office!

And heart attacks are the nation’s leading cause of death—yes, even among women! Cardiovascular disease also creates a much higher risk of type 2 diabetes, stroke, high blood pressure and other life-threatening conditions.

The good news: Anyone can reach and maintain a healthy weight at any age. And now is the time to start!
