The following animals are ready to be adopted from the Brandywine Valley SPCA in West Chester.
Boss
Boss is an independent kitty who might just be the perfect solution if you have a rodent or pest problem. He likes his freedom, and as a working cat, he could offer natural pest control in your barn, warehouse, greenhouse, factory, brewery, storage facility, or any similar environment where he could get the daily care needed with the lifestyle he prefers. As part of the Working Cat Program, Boss’s adoption fee has been waived.
Auggie
Auggie is a loving, calm-natured dog who has made many human friends during his time at the shelter. Auggie has a curious nose that takes him on adventures while exploring his environment. This darling guy enjoys long walks and chewing on his favorite toys. He’s well-mannered, knows “sit” and “stay,” and is crate trained. He does well with other dogs and would appreciate meeting any other dogs in the household before making a commitment. You can adopt Auggie for a fee you name through Sunday, March 14.
