Media Barracks
• State police said Chadds Ford Eye Associates on Route 202 in Concord Township was robbed on May 25. The report said $500 worth of eyeglasses were stolen. The unknown suspects, reported as two males, got into the facility by breaking through a glass front door.
• A 74-year-old man from Concord Township was cited for harassment following a report of a domestic dispute on May 25. The victim was a 71-year-old woman. Police are continuing the investigation. No other details were released.
Avondale Barracks
• Sofie D. Aird, 20, of Wilmington, was cited following a one-car crash on Kennett Pike — Route 52 — in Pennsbury Township on May 31, police said. According to the report, Aird was driving south, but the car left the roadway while negotiating a left-hand curve near Shadow Lane and struck a tree. Longwood EMS transported the driver to Christiana Hospital in Wilmington for treatment of injuries.
• Police cited a 20-year-old man from West Chester after he was found with a bottle of alcohol in the car he was driving in Kennett Township. The report said the car was stopped for speeding, but they noticed the bottle and the 20-year-old (not named in the report) was the only person in the car. The drover’s father came to take possession of the alcohol.
• Cesca C. Locurcio, 55, of West Chester, was cited following a two-car crash in Pocopson Township, a police report said. The accident happened at 6 p.m. on May 27 on Unionville-Wawaset Road at Red Lion Road. According to the report, Locurcio was driving north on Red Lion, and the other car was heading west on Unionville-Wawaset, when Locurcio failed to clear all lanes of traffic before entering the intersection and struck the other vehicle. No injuries were reported.
• Police said Roberta M. Kaczka, 22, of West Chester, was cited after striking a bus with roughly 36 passengers, ages 11 to 17, on E. Street Road in Pennsbury Township at 7:41 a.m. on May 6. According to the report, Kaczka tried to pull out of the KARC O gas station but did not clear the intersection of oncoming traffic. The bus struck her vehicle. 
Kennett Square Police Department
The Kennett Square Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a burglary that occurred at a local business in the 100 block of W. State Street. On May 14, at approximately 9:40 a.m., police responded to a report of a burglary at a restaurant in the area. Surveillance footage shows a male juvenile, described as white or Hispanic, unlawfully entering the business and removing an undisclosed amount of cash from the register before fleeing the scene. The video was captured the previous night, May 13, at approximately 8:30 p.m. At the time of the incident, the suspect was wearing black pants, a black hoodie with the hood up, and white Adidas sneakers (see attached pictures).
