Irma Victoria Censurato of Kennett Square

Irma Victoria Censurato, 81, of Kennett Square, died Friday,
Nov. 25, at Neighborhood Hospice in West Chester. She was the wife of Guido
Censurato who died in 2007, and with whom she shared 55 years of marriage.

Born in Kennett Square, she was the daughter of the late
Enrico and Francesca DiEnno Avello.

Irma was a Receptionist for 10 years at Divine Providence
Village, Springfield, retiring in 2000.

She was a member of St. Patrick’s Church in Kennett Square,
the Sons of Italy, and a loyal member of the Kennett Area Senior Center.

Irma loved music, enjoyed playing the accordion and sang at
many weddings for family and friends. She was an exceptional hostess who
enjoyed entertaining and serving magnificent meals to her family
and friends. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a very generous heart.

She is survived by two daughters, Francesca Censurato of
Elverson, and Cindi Ciuffetelli and her husband Andy of Blandon; two
brothers, Hercules Avello of Fenwick Island, Del. and Olivio Avello of Ft.
Meyers, Fla.; two grandchildren, Danielle Ciuffetelli and Andrew
Ciuffetelli and his wife Michelle; two great-grandchildren, and many nieces and
nephews.

You are invited to visit with her family and friends from 10
a.m. to noon on Wednesday, Nov. 30, at the Assumption BVM Church, 300 State
Road, West Grove. Her Funeral Mass will follow at noon. Burial will be in St.
Patrick’s Cemetery, Route 82, Kennett Square.

In lieu of flowers, a contribution in memory of Irma,
may be made to the Kennett Area Senior Center, 427 South Walnut Street,
Kennett Square, PA 19348
