Wilmer B. Powell of Chadds Ford

Wilmer B. Powell, 79, of Chadds Ford, died Saturday, April 5, at St. Francis Hospital. Wilmer was born in Dilworthtown, on May 9, 1934, son of the late William and Emma Powell.
