Tick Tock to Host a Tasting Tour of Southern Chester County Wineries

New this year, on April 1, 2017, Tick Tock Early Learning Center will host a wine tasting tour featuring four of Southern Chester County’s premier wineries. The tour will  include Paradocx Vineyard and Patone Cellars of Landenberg, PA and Galer Estate Vineyard and Winery in Kennett Square, PA.

Lele Galer, winery owner and artist who design the exterior mosaic of Tick Tock, said, “Galer Estate Winery in Kennett Square just celebrated our 5th Anniversary having garnered 100 medals and awards for our own hand-tended vineyards and handmade wines.  Tick Tock does great things for the entire community, and we are happy to support this great cause.”

The event begins with tastings from Flickerwood Wine Cellars at 1:00 PM at the Atrium in Genesis in the heart of Kennett Square.  Free parking is available in the parking garage located at East Linden Street.  For a $75.00 ticket, guests will also be transported to 3 venues to sample locally crafted wines and gourmet snacks. Buses will return to Genesis for guests to enjoy coffee, something sweet, and an opportunity to participate in a fabulous silent auction.  Want more wine?  Flickerwood Wine Cellars will be there as well!  The event ends at 6:00 PM, just in time for dinner at one of Kennett Square’s excellent restaurants.

“We are so excited for our new fundraiser and hoping to see many of our supporters, donors and friends enjoying wine tasting for a great cause,” states Jackie Neidigh, Executive Director. “All of the money raised will go directly to high quality child care at Tick Tock ELC.”

Guests can easily order tickets online by clicking on the events tab at TickTockELC.org.  RSVP by March 18th, as seating is limited!
