Kennett Square Memorial Day Parade Committee

Kennett Square’s traditional Memorial Day Parade honoring local veterans will kick off on Monday, May 27th, at 10 a.m. with over 1,000 participants the parade will last for at least an hour and a half. Included in the parade are:
·  Antique Military Vehicles & Convertibles
·  Bag Pipers
·  Fife & Drums
·  Civil War & Revolutionary War Re-enactors
·  Ferko Mummers String Band
·  Color Guard Groups
·  Local High School Bands
·  Little League Teams
·  Mummers

The parade ends at the Union Hill Cemetery with a Veterans Memorial Day Service featuring:
·  Kennett & Unionville High School Bands opening with the National Anthem
·  Guest Speaker
·  21 Gun Salute from Kennett American Legion Post 491
·  Kennett Bucktails Civil War Reenactors
