The Pennsbury Landtrust will present a lecture “Green Landscape Practices for Homeowners” at the Pennsbury Township building, 702 Baltimore Pike, Chadds Ford at 7 p.m. o March 27.

Presented by Margot Taylor, a registered landscape architect and the owner/principal of Land Ethics, the lecture will focus on resource conservation, and environmental education to design/ develop and manage an array of ecological conservation projects. This presentation will provide an overview of the SITES program and look at how homeowners can apply these principals in their own landscapes. Margot’s home is one of two certified SITES Residential class projects in the U.S. serving as a landmark demonstration and educational resource for sustainable landscape design. The event, hosted by the Pennsbury Land Trust, is free.
