Immerse yourself in the best holistic health and wellness content at the “Feel Better, Naturally” 1st Annual Spring Macrobiotic Conference, a virtual event presented by SHI Macrobiotics, Friday, March 5 – Sunday, March 7. Conducted via Zoom, the conference will include 21 hours of master classes, such as “From Seed to Table: A Journey to the Origin of Our Food” and “Healing Your Body and Mind by Healing Your Microbiome,” cooking classes featuring simple recipes with common ingredients, ending with a panel discussion Sunday afternoon.

Macrobiotics is a system of holistic principles and dynamic practices that guides choices in nutrition and lifestyle for physical, emotional, mental, social, and environmental health. Internationally renowned presenters will share fresh, unique content in an open and modern approach to macrobiotics that allows for the practice to be more effective and enjoyable.
