Mike Huggins shares his story of a man who was least likely to end up in prison, where he unexpectedly discovered his true calling and ultimate sense of purpose. His journey from CEO of one of the largest corporations in Chester County to prison inmate includes a behind-the-scenes look at life in a men's correctional facility, complete with alarming and surprisingly funny stories, and lessons learned along the way. Attendees will learn how yoga and mindfulness gave him the strength, direction, and tools needed to rebound and inspire thousands to discover their authentic selves. Mike went on to found the Transformation Yoga Project, a renowned non-profit that focuses on teaching yoga and its capacity to “heal through empowerment.”

The discussion will cover insights including:

  • Where you are doesn’t define who you are
  • Change the way you look at things and the things you look at will change
  • Tools for navigating life’s challenges.
