At LCH Health and Community Services, we offer specialized & primary care to Kennett Square, West Grove, Oxford, and the surrounding communities. We pride ourselves on being a diverse, dynamic care team that is dedicated to addressing the medical needs of our community and helping adults, teens, and children to stay healthy. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance. Insurance or no insurance, we will take care of you. We evaluate everyone to determine eligibility for discounted services. Our sliding scale fees are based on your income and family size. We don’t turn anyone away due to inability to pay. As a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center, we believe in quality, integrated, Person-Centered care that supports whole-health change for all. Founded in 1973, LCH has been changing lives in southern Chester County for almost fifty years.
