Police Log April 26: Celebrity arrest warrant

Police are looking for a missing Pennsbury Township woman. A report said family members reported Maureen Daliesio, 76, missing on Tuesday, April 25. She is described as 5’5” tall and weighing 160 pounds.

Media Barracks

Police said Mackay Greenlaw-Scully, 18, of Media, was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop for multiple vehicle code violations. The incident happened on April 16 at 12:48 a.m. on Route 1 at Pole Cat Road.

A 28-year-old man from Chadds Ford and a 31-year-old man from Prospect Park face drug possession charges after police were called to a property on Lacrue Avenue in Concord Township on April 15. Police did not identify either suspect, but said the pair had methamphetamine and that there was an active arrest warrant out for one of them. The incident happened at 3:16 a.m.

Tomonique Watson, 38, of Wilmington, was arrested on shoplifting charges, according to a state police report. The arrest came at 10:04 a.m. on April 12. Police said Watson tried stealing $180 worth of soap, body wash, lotion, and diapers from Wegmans.

Police said they arrested Brett Lucci, 27, of Media, for DUI on April 7 at 10:10 p.m. The arrested followed a traffic stop in the 200 block of Baltimore Pike in Concord Township. No other details were released.

Avondale Barracks

State police have issued an arrest warrant for Brandon “Bam” Margera, skateboarder and co-creator of the show “Jackass.” Police allege that Margera, 43, was involved in a physical confrontation with family members, one of whom suffered minor injuries. Margera fled into a wooded area behind a Margera family home on Hickory Hill Road in Pocopson Township before police arrived, the report said. According to the formal criminal complaint, Margera shoved, struck, and kicked one of the victims, a brother. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact PSP Avondale at the non-emergency number 610-268-2022.

Police cited a 17-year-old girl from West Grove for following too closely after a rear-ender on Route 1 near Route 82 in East Marlborough Township on April 16. The two-car crash happened at 1:02 p.m.; no injuries were reported.

Police are investigating the theft of an air conditioner that they say was stolen by an Amazon delivery driver. A report said the driver dropped off a package at a residence on Valley Road in East Marlborough Township at 4:30 p.m. on April 20 but then stole an air conditioner that was on the property. The a/c unit is valued at $295.

Police said they charged Brittany A. Delgado, 24, of West Grove, with speeding following a one-car crash on Route 1 in Kennett Township on April 22. The report said Delgado was driving north on Route 1 “at a speed greater than was reasonable/prudent under conditions…” She then lost control and crashed into a concrete bridge rail. Police said there were no injuries.
