Chester County Commissioners present $6.35 million in funding to Westtown Township and Natural Lands, to support the preservation of Crebilly Farm. Chester County Commissioners Marian Moskowitz, Josh Maxwell, and Michelle Kichline today approved a grant of $4.2 million awarded to Westtown Township for the preservation of Crebilly Farm. Pennsylvania State Police Avondale Barracks • State police from the Avondale barracks arrested a 39-year-old woman from Kennett Square on DUI charges following a traffic stop in Birmingham Township on Feb. 26.
