The following animals are ready to be adopted from the Brandywine Valley SPCA in West Chester.
Shadow
Shadow is a 3-years-old, female, domestic shorthair mix. She is a lovely lady who is also a study in contrasts. The first impressions shows her as a prim and proper grey tabby with her tail neatly wrapped around her. Then she speaks with an unmistakably gravelly voice. This friendly lady also has a unique habit of announcing to the world when she has used her litter box. Please come say hello to this low-maintenance kitty with gorgeous blue eyes. You can name your fee for Shadow through Sunday, Sept. 18.
Mr. Gray
Meet the regal Mr. Gray, a 1-year-old, male, mixed breed. Mr. Gray came to us when his owner moved and could no longer care for him. He's used to living in a home with doggie siblings, so a home with other dogs may be a good fit for him. If you would like to visit Mr. Gray, please bring your family and any other dogs in the home for a meet and greet at the shelter. You're sure to fall in love with this guy. You can name your fee for Mr. Gray through Sunday, Sept. 18.
