The following animals are ready to be adopted from the Brandywine Valley SPCA in West Chester.
Brody
Brody is a very sweet and loving boy who likes car rides, toys, water, running, and playing tug. Brody doesn't let his size stop him from climbing in your lap to snuggle and you will earn his eternal devotion if you also give him a rub behind his ears and on his belly. This teacher's pet knows "sit" and "lay down" and would love to learn more. As you can see in the photos, Brody is also lots of fun and enjoys running on the shelter's lure course. He has interacted well in the past with small animals and cats and has done well with older children. Brody looks forward to meeting you and your family, and any other dogs in the household prior to adoption. You can adopt Brody for a fee you name through Saturday, July 3.
Hershy
Are you looking for a daily dose of adorable? Hershy may be the “purrfect” guy for you. This handsome, midnight black sweetheart has no problem introducing himself and will likely fall right into place in his forever home. He is social, playful, affectionate, and loaded with confidence. Hershy's needs are simple — lots of love and attention. You can adopt him for a fee you name through Saturday, July 3.
