Mike Rice of Rotary Club of Concordville Chadds Ford presents a check to Leah Reynolds of Kennett Area Community Service.

Three Rotary organizations, Kennett, Longwood, and Concordville-Chadds Ford, donated $2,500 to the Kennett Area Community Service. A fire last fall wiped out what KACS had on hand at the Food Cupboard, and then the pandemic hit. The Concordville-Chadds Ford club coordinated a grant that each club who wished to participate within the District 7450 would collectively donate additional monies for use at KACS. When the club reached out to others, both The Rotary Club of Kennett Square and Longwood Rotary Club happily joined forces.

The results are in, and Mt. Cuba Center won the top spot in USA Today’s 10 Best Readers' Choice Awards for “Best Botanical Garden” in North America. For more information, go here.
