Longwood Gardens’ staff joined together this week in a very unique way to recognize and thank community members who are battling on the frontlines of the global pandemic.
Longwood staff placed more than 700 luminarias in the Gardens’ iconic Italian Water Garden to read “Thank you” to honor those who have been points of light in our community during these unprecedented times.
"While we look forward to welcoming guests back into the Gardens as soon as we can, we wanted to take the time to pay tribute to those who have put their lives on the line to keep our community healthy, safe, and thriving," said Longwood Gardens President and CEO Paul B. Redman. "From our family to yours, we thank you."
