There are so many front line heroes in the war against the Covid-19 virus and they all deserve our undying gratitude however, there is one group in the front lines that I have not heard much about.
That group are the workers of the U.S. Postal System and in particular the staff at the Chadds Ford Post Office. They are always there for us. Delivering daily mail to our homes and filling the boxes at the post office.
In addition to the sorting of the ordinary mail and selling stamps the post office also handles shipments of prescription drugs, lab test materials and medical supplies so necessary in fighting this virus.
I salute all postal workers and most especially the kind, courteous and always helpful staff at the Chadds Ford Post Office.
