No-kill rescue gets funds for new center 

Greenmore Farm Animal Rescue, a non-profit animal sanctuary, secured a significant matching-funds donation pledge from a local, anonymous donor, bringing the rescue closer to its goal of building a new indoor adoption center at the farm. West Chester Borough officials have postponed Halloween trick or treating to Friday night, Nov. 1 from 6-9 p.m. because of rain expected for Thursday night.
