Monday, Aug. 26, was back to school day for many school districts, including the Unionville-Chadds Ford School District.
Chadds Ford Elementary School Principal Shawn Dutkiewicz said there was nothing exceptionally new for this school year but said it’s the school’s 95th year and that “CFES will continue to work on enhancing curricular programming and the student experience through social-emotional initiatives and STEM integration…Our focus this year will be to continue to refine and calibrate our practices to suit our students’ needs. Staff leadership, communication, and collaboration will be paramount in reaching our goals.”
