Five talented musicians have advanced to the finals of the Longwood Gardens International Organ Competition to compete for the $40,000 Pierre S. du Pont First Prize. As anticipated, Unionville-Chadds Ford School Board directors again voted for a budget that will raise property taxes in the district. There was no discussion or debate during the June 17 meeting. A revolution — sort of — in craft beer has arrived at Thornbury Farm. Farm owner Randell Spackman, along with two partners, are opening Artillery Brewing Co. at the family farm.
