• George David Biddle, of Chadds Ford, graduated from James Madison University on Dec. 15 with a degree in anthropology.

• Matthew Weigand, of Chadds Ford, was named to the Moravian College Dean's Honors List for Fall 2018. Students who carry three or more course units during the fall or spring term and attain a GPA for the term of 3.50 or higher are placed on the Dean's Honor List.

• The University of Delaware named 11 Chadds Ford students to the school’s Dean’s List for the fall 2018 semester. Those students are Walip Yenbut, Hannah Huzar, Emma Walter, Mark Ellsworth, Kira Dzedzy, Ryan Rhodes, Katelyn Sapp, Claire, Mottola, Sydney Flambaum, Eric Kang, and Megan Sapp.

• The University of Connecticut said Lindsay Dickinson, of Glen Mills, and Haeli McCabe, of Kennett Square, made the school’s Dean’s List for the fall 2018 semester.
