DelCo chamber seeks nominations for small business awards

The Delaware County Chamber of Commerce yesterday announced its call for nominations for the 2019 Small Business Awards that will take place on Thursday, March 28, at 5:30 p.m. at the Drexelbrook Catering & Corporate Events Center in Drexel Hill.

At the awards dinner, outstanding Delaware County small businesses and small business people will be recognized in four award categories. The award categories include:

Small Business of the Year
Small Business Person of the Year
Small Family Business of the Year
Entrepreneur of the Year

“We are very excited for the 2019 Small Business Award nominations to come in.” said chamber President Trish McFarland. “Delaware County’s small businesses and small business people are what keeps our economy going and we are looking forward to honoring these entities for their hard work.”

Nominations should be completed and submitted by Friday, Jan. 11, at 4:30 p.m. Tickets, tables and sponsorships for the awards dinner are now available and can be purchased at www.delcochamber.org.
