All Unionville-Chadds Ford District schools will close early today, Nov. 15.
According to an email from Superintendent John Sanvile, “All UCF schools and offices will dismiss early today Nov. 15. With conditions changing by the minute, it is hard to make an educated guess about what will be happening in a few hours. With that in mind — and the memory of last year’s non-early dismissal still fresh in my mind, I am going to err on the side of caution. I appreciate your understanding and flexibility.”
The dismissal schedule is as follows: middle and high school students will be dismissed at 11:45 a.m., and elementary schools will be dismissed at 1 p.m. All afternoon and evening activities are canceled.
