PennDOT has announced the following road projects, which are weather-dependent and could affect residents in the greater Chadds Ford area during the week of Oct. 6 to Oct. 12. Police investigating fatal hit and run

Pennsylvania State Police from the Media barracks are continuing their investigation into a fatal hit and run accident Wednesday night. The victim, a pedestrian who was walking along Route 202 in Concord Township, is identified as Jannie Lee Smallwood, 28, of Wilmington.
