• WSFS Financial Corporation announced the formation of a new trust company, Christiana Trust Company of Delaware. The new trust company will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of WSFS Financial Corporation and will supplement the existing WSFS Wealth businesses, including; WSFS Wealth Investments, Cypress Capital Management, West Capital Management, Powdermill Financial Solutions and Christiana Trust, which is a division of WSFS Bank.

• The East Hill Group has announced the formation and expansion of its East Hill family of companies with the official launching of East Hill Real Estate. East Hill Real Estate is a natural growth area for the East Hill Group as they seek to complete the property ownership and management spectrum for their clients throughout the Delaware Valley. East Hill Property Management was founded six years ago in Media and last year was bought out by Pocopson Township resident Bill Huyler. The Chadds Ford office is currently open and a second office in Avalon/Stone Harbor is expected to open soon.
