Edward A. McCormack, 82, of Chadds Ford, and formerly of Media, died Monday, Oct. 30.
Beloved husband of the late Helen (nee Maxwell) McCormack; loving father of Elizabeth O. Kynett (Bill), Rosalind A. Keser (Ken), and Mark W. McCormack (Kathy); devoted grandfather of Erin, Cameron, Andrew, Sean, Brian, James, and Joseph; dear brother of Dolores Burns and Arthur McCormack; predeceased by brothers William and Frederick McCormack.
Edward worked in research and development in the engineering industry. He loved inventing things and had over 20 patents. He enjoyed animals, especially dogs. Edward enjoyed cruises and traveling to Italy and Scotland.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 11 a.m to noon, Friday, Nov. 3, at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, 610-431-9000, followed by his funeral service. Interment will be at SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Main Line Animal Rescue, 1149 Pike Springs Rd, Phoenixville, PA 19460 would be appreciated.
