Balloons take flight over New Garden Township in the early evening.

Mother nature treated hot air balloon enthusiasts and observers with fair skies and gentle winds during the seventh annual Chester County Balloon Festival held at the New Garden Airport this weekend. Winds should be no more than 10 mph for a safe trip. There was music, food, some zip lining and even a pool where people could learn a little bit of scuba diving.

Heating the air.
