The Delaware County Heroin Task Force is taking its efforts to remove dangerous prescription drugs and combat heroin use on the road this tomorrow, June 29.

Individuals can drop off their expired and unwanted medications at a Mobile Drug Collection event in the parking lot at Rose Tree Park from 6-8 p.m. during the Delco’s Summer Concert Series Audra McLaughlin performance.

The Heroin Task Force mobile drug collection unit is equipped with a drug collection van and two mobile drug drop boxes, which will be at various upcoming community events for residents to dispose of their unwanted, expired medications.  For a complete list of upcoming collection events, visit www.delcohtf.org

The park is at 1671 N. Providence Road in Media.
