We would like to thank the Chester County League of Women Voters for sponsoring a Meet the Candidates Night, and the audience members for the great questions they submitted. The four candidates in attendance had the opportunity to express views on such topics as class size, high-stakes testing, the Common Core, technology in our schools, and district spending priorities.

We believe that answering questions in an open public forum is the obligation of anyone who chooses to run for public office, and we are very grateful to the League for providing this opportunity to the candidates and the residents of the UCF School District for many years.

We hope all people will be inspired by the League’s strong example and remember to vote tomorrow.
