Home rule recommended in Concord

During the last regular meeting before its Aug. 1 deadline, the Government Study Commission voted 7-0 to write a home rule charter for Concord Township. New garden design planned for Mt. Cuba

Installation is underway for a new native perennial garden at Mt Cuba Center. Planting begins in fall of 2015 and Mt. Cuba Center will unveil the South Garden in spring of 2016.
