Ethel “Susie” Miller, 85, of West Grove, died Wednesday, April 1, at her residence. She was the wife of Robert R. Miller, who died in 2006, and with whom she shared 44 wonderful years of marriage.
Born in Hackensack, N.J., she was the daughter of the late Howard and Josephine Hilton Short.
Susie was a homemaker, who enjoyed gardening, cooking, and especially enjoyed being with her family.
She is survived by one son, John Bove of Texas; three daughters, Nanci M. West and her husband William of Landenberg, Patricia A. Yeager and her husband Joseph of Newark, and Susie E. Morris of West Grove; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by one brother, Walter Short and one sister, Elizabeth Short.
You are invited to visit with her family from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, at the Kuzo & Grieco Funeral Home, 250 West State Street in Kennett Square. Her service and burial will be private.
