Betty Jean Stilwell, 76, of Kennett Square died Friday, March 28, at the Brandywine Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wilmington. Born in Horsepen, Va., she was the daughter of the late Levi and Pearl Dickens Stilwell. She was the past owner of the Chabet Boutique in Chadds Ford.
