Alice E. Malchione, 91, of West Grove, died Wednesday, Nov. 27, at Broomall Manor. She was the wife of Paul Malchione who died in 1989, and with whom she shared 48 years of marriage.
Born in Minersville, she was the daughter of the late Clayton and Elizabeth Williams Zeiler.
Alice was homemaker and was an avid reader, enjoyed playing Bingo, and greatly loved being with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was a member of Assumption BVM Church in West Grove.
She is survived by one son, James Malchione of Pocopson; two daughters, Joanne Brown and her husband Dennis of Coatesville, and Eileen Love of West Grove; one brother, William Zeiler of Connecticut; two sisters, Blanche Charles and Elizabeth Callaghan, both of Minersville; eight grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
You are invited to visit with her family and friends from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19, at Assumption BVM Church, 300 State Road in West Grove. Her Funeral Mass will follow. Burial will be private.
